They need to know if you have any of these conditions:

• myasthenia gravis

• recent history of head injury

How should I use this medicine?

Take this medicine by mouth with a glass of water, just before bedtime. Do not take it during the day or unless you are ready to sleep. Do not take more than prescribed. Avoid taking it with or right after a high-fat meal as it may delay the effect.

Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine, contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.

What if I miss a dose?

If you forget to take this medicine at bedtime, skip the missed dose. Do not take it during the night. Do not take double or extra doses.
