• Bleeding disorders

• Eye problems like retinitis pigmentosa or sudden vision loss

• Blood cell disorders (sickle cell anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma)

• Anatomical deformation of the penis or a history of priapism (painful/prolonged erection)

• Stomach ulcers

• Allergy to sildenafil or other PDE5 inhibitors

• If you are taking nitrates for chest pain

• If you are using medications for high blood pressure, HIV, or fungal infections

• If you smoke, drink alcohol, or use recreational drugs

How should I use this medicine?

Take this medicine by mouth with a full glass of water. The typical dose is one tablet (usually 25 mg, 50 mg, or 100 mg) taken about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. Do not take more than one dose in a 24-hour period.

Avoid taking it with heavy or fatty meals, as it may delay its action. Avoid grapefruit products.

Overdosage: If you believe you have taken too much, contact emergency services or a poison control center immediately.
