What is this medicine?
ENDACE 40 mg Tablet contains Megestrol Acetate, a synthetic progestin (a man-made hormone similar to the female hormone progesterone). It is used to treat loss of appetite and weight loss in patients with cancer or AIDS. It may also be used in the treatment of certain types of cancers, such as breast cancer and endometrial cancer.

How should I use this medicine?

What if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take only the next scheduled dose. Do not take double or extra doses.
