What is this medicine?
MIRABEGRON is a beta-3 adrenergic agonist. This medicine is used to treat overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of frequent or urgent urination and urinary incontinence (leakage). It works by relaxing the bladder muscle, allowing it to hold more urine.
What should I tell my health care provider before I take this medicine?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:

bladder obstruction or difficulty emptying the bladder

How should I use this medicine?
Take this medicine by mouth with a glass of water. Swallow the extended-release tablet whole; do not crush or chew. Take your doses at regular intervals, at the same time each day. Do not take your medicine more often than directed. Do not stop taking this medicine without your doctor’s advice.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine, contact a poison control center or emergency room right away.
What if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take only the next scheduled dose. Do not take double or extra doses.
What may interact with this medicine?
