What is this medicine?

SUPER P-FORCE is a combination medicine that contains:

• Sildenafil Citrate – a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.

• Dapoxetine – a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat premature ejaculation (PE) by increasing the time to ejaculation and improving control.

This combination helps men improve sexual performance by achieving and maintaining an erection and delaying ejaculation.

• Heart conditions (e.g., angina, irregular heartbeat, recent heart attack)

• Liver or kidney problems

• History of fainting or low blood pressure

• Eye disorders (e.g., retinitis pigmentosa)

• Mental health conditions (e.g., depression, bipolar disorder)

• Seizure disorders

• Penis deformities (e.g., Peyronie’s disease)

• Allergic reactions to sildenafil, dapoxetine, or other ingredients

• If you are taking nitrates, nitric oxide donors, or other ED medications

This medication is intended for use only in men aged 18–64 years.

How should I use this medicine?

• Take Super P-Force by mouth with a full glass of water.

• Take 1 tablet about 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity.

• Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

Overdosage

If you think you have taken too much, contact a poison control center or go to the emergency room immediately.
