What is this medicine?
TACROHEAL (Tacrolimus 0.1%) is a topical immunosuppressant. It is used to treat moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in patients who have not responded well to conventional treatments like corticosteroids. It helps reduce inflammation, itching, and redness by suppressing immune responses in the skin.
What should I tell my health care provider before I use this medicine?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:

weakened immune system (e.g., due to HIV or medications)

history of skin infections (bacterial, viral, or fungal)

skin cancers or precancerous skin lesions

How should I use this medicine?

Avoid getting this cream in your eyes, nose, or mouth. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Do not use this cream continuously for long periods unless instructed.
Overdosage: If this medicine is accidentally swallowed or used in excess, contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.
What if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed one and return to your regular schedule. Do not apply double doses.
What may interact with this medicine?
