What is this medicine?

• history of vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION)

• deformed penis, Peyronie’s disease, or history of priapism (painful or prolonged erection)

• blood cell disorders like sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma

• an unusual or allergic reaction to tadalafil, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives

• if you are taking nitrates or “poppers” (amyl nitrate or nitrite)

• pregnant or trying to get pregnant (though not typically used by women)

• breast-feeding

How should I use this medicine?

Take this medicine by mouth with or without food. It is usually taken 30 minutes before sexual activity, and the effects can last up to 36 hours. Do not take more than one dose per day.

Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine, contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.

What if I miss a dose?
