TESTOSTERONE CYPIONATE is an androgen (male hormone). This medicine is used in men who do not make enough natural testosterone — a condition called hypogonadism. It helps in the development and maintenance of male characteristics such as muscle mass, sex drive, and mood. It may also be used to treat delayed puberty in boys, and in some cases, certain types of breast cancer in women.

They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
