How should I use this medicine?
Take this medicine by mouth with a glass of water just before bedtime. Do not take it with or immediately after a heavy, high-fat meal, as this may reduce effectiveness. Only take it when you can get a full night’s sleep (7 to 8 hours).
Take it exactly as directed. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Prolonged use can lead to dependence.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of this medicine, contact a poison control center or emergency room right away.
What if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose and it’s still bedtime, take it if you can still get a full night’s sleep. Otherwise, skip the dose. Do not take double or extra doses.
